How fast my shipping is? How much does shipping cost?

Unless otherwise noted as Pre-order (10-15 business days, or exact shipping date), most of our items will process and ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

1. In-stock items: 3-5 business days.
2. Pre-order items: 10-15 business days.
3. Pre-order items with date on the product name: it will start ship on the exact shipping date or before.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
We ship to PO boxes, military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Please select the PO Box checkbox in the Address section during checkout.

What countries do you ship to?
Only for the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Are taxes included in my order total?

Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart.

Do I need to pay my return package?

Free returns available on our online shop. We will send a return label for return package back to us via label email, once we approve your return request. You can apply online by click ReturnMyItem or contact us to CustomerCare@daysofesme.com.
