Making a return through your Account is easy, or just send an email with your order number, to CustomerCare@daysofesme.com!
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receipt by you.
Please read our Return policy carefully to ensure your returns requests can be processed as quickly as possible:

Log into your account. select the item(s) you would like to return.

After receiving return instructions from us, please pack your item(s) with the original packing provided.
- Follow the instructions email to ship your returns .
- You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.
- Currently free return is available on our online shop, you will receive a return label through email.

All successfully returned item(s) will be notified by email and credited to the original payment method within 5 working days after we receive your package. We’re happy to process store credit refunds for future purchases and these will be reflected in your Esme account balance. This will be made available after 2-3 days of processing.

Please note, all returned item(s) must be in perfect condition: must be free of makeup, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with Esme tags still intact. Otherwise, returns that do not meet our standard will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.

If you would like to make an exchange, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our Returns Policy.
